R.P. McLaughlin Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled Residential Service Plumbing Technician to join our Salem, MA team. Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician.
• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings
• Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, and related systems
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups
• Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding repairs, recommendations, and system maintenance
