You will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems on residential and commercial sites, comply with South Carolina codes, and deliver dependable service with a focus on customer needs and safety.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role.
Familiarity with residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
Familiarity with South Carolina plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Plumbing license or certification preferred.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential and/or commercial plumbing systems and components
Perform installations of pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment
Conduct routine plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance services
Identify and resolve issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, findings, and recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and service vehicle
Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies
