Corley PAE is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems. You will deliver high-quality workmanship, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure safe, efficient operations on every job.

The role requires 3+ years of plumbing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Local licensing as an apprentice or journeyman is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential or light commercial plumbing service experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• License as apprentice or journeyman per local jurisdiction.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, broken pipes, and fixture malfunctions.
• Install and replace faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on water, sewer, and drain systems.
• Troubleshoot system failures and recommend repair or replacement options.
• Document work performed, parts used, and labor hours.
• Provide professional communication and clear explanations to customers about repair findings and solutions.
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and supervisors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency plumbing service.
