Job summary

Johns Plumbing in New York is seeking skilled plumbing technicians to deliver reliable residential and light commercial service. You will travel to customers’ homes, diagnose issues, follow company procedures, and support the service department for timely, quality work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in residential and light commercial plumbing service and repair.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the service department to provide timely and accurate service following company standards and procedures
• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems
• Identify and communicate plumbing issues with customers
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job
• Document work performed by following company procedures
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
