Job summary

P3 Services family of companies / Schrader Plumbing is seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial customers. The role emphasizes high-quality workmanship, safety, and excellent customer service.

The candidate will diagnose issues, read blueprints, and work with other trades to ensure coordinated installations. A valid license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer location in a company vehicle and arrive on time.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs.
• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and equipment.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety and code compliance.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan layouts.
• Collaborate with electricians, carpenters and other trades.
• Prepare quotes and present them to customers.
