About the Role

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll be on the frontlines of delivering top-quality plumbing solutions to our valued customers. From fixing leaky pipes to installing complex gas and water systems, your expertise will keep homes and businesses running smoothly. You’ll work independently, with the support of an incredible team behind you, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, appliances, and systems (water, gas, air)
• Interpret blueprints and layouts for plumbing system planning
• Conduct thorough safety and functionality inspections
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues accurately
• Cut, weld, and assemble pipes and fittings with precision
• Collaborate with contractors and other trades to complete projects on time
• Navigate crawl spaces, attics, and basements to access plumbing lines
• Deliver top-tier customer service and build trust through expert advice
• Track time, jobs, and customer info using Service Titan

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED (technical school or military training a plus)
• 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends or emergency calls)
• Experience with Service Titan is a bonus, but we’ll train the right person!
