You will perform repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential plumbing systems while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring code compliance. The role requires 3+ years of residential plumbing experience, a NY plumbing license, and proficiency with ServiceTitan.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Residential Plumbing Repairs & MaintenanceHandle a wide range of services including toilet repairs, faucet installations, water heater replacements, and general plumbing repairs.

• Troubleshoot & Diagnose IssuesInspect systems, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions with confidence.

• Install Plumbing Systems & FixturesInstall and replace sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and more — always following safety and building codes.

• Deliver Outstanding Customer ServiceCommunicate clearly with homeowners, explain issues, provide accurate estimates, and recommend the best solutions.

• Ensure Code ComplianceComplete all work in accordance with local, state, and national plumbing codes.

• Conduct System InspectionsEvaluate plumbing systems for performance, water quality, and safety.

• Document Work Using ServiceTitanTrack materials, update work orders, and maintain accurate records.

• Promote Safety & QualityFollow all safety protocols to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experienceSkilled in repairs, maintenance, and installations.

• Valid New York plumbing license

• Experience with ServiceTitanor similar software (a plus)

• Strong communication skillsAble to explain issues and solutions clearly and professionally.

• Excellent problem‑solving abilities
