Job summary

Bruni & Campisi is hiring a Residential Service Plumber to install, replace, and maintain home plumbing systems and fixtures. You will inspect, test, and ensure code compliance while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication with homeowners.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of residential plumbing experience, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with Service Titan or similar scheduling software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Solid understanding of standard plumbing practices, soldering, and repairs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and fixture installation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Service Titan or similar software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures including toilets, faucets, water heaters, and perform soldering tasks.
• Ensure safety, water quality, and code compliance through thorough inspection and testing.
• Perform common repairs and resolve issues found during inspections or service calls.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions with professionalism.
• Respond to customer needs and provide accurate estimates for installations and repairs.
• Assist with scheduling, job management, and customer updates using Service Titan.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and local plumbing code.

• Install Plumbing Systems:Install, replace, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures including toilets, faucets, water heaters, and perform soldering tasks
• System Testing & Inspections:Ensure safety, water quality, and code compliance through thorough inspection and testing
• Repairs & Troubleshooting:Perform common repairs and resolve issues found during inspections or service calls
• Customer Interaction:Communicate clearly with homeowners, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions with professionalism
• Service Calls & Estimates:Respond to customer needs and provide accurate estimates for installations and repairs
• Service Titan Knowledge:Experience with Service Titan is a plus—assisting with scheduling, job management, and customer updates
• Compliance & Safety:Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and local plumbing code
