Key Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and offer practical solutions to clients.
• Estimate costs for repairs and installations, ensuring accurate quotes.
• Perform repairs and installations efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain excellent customer rapport and promote our company brand.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE A CURRENT KENTUCKY JOURNEYMAN'S PLUMBING LICENSE
• Must have experience in residential plumbing service.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays as needed.
• Strong Customer Service Skills – Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Some shifts begin at 8 AM, some shifts end at 8 PM - We even have a "4 - Day / 10 hour" Shift (Sunday through Wednesday 9 AM - 8 PM with Thur-Fri-Sat as days OFF!) Flexibility to work during these hours is preferred!
