Job summary

Ridge Air & Heating in Panama City is looking for self-motivated individuals to join their Plumbing Service team. This role offers year-round work along with benefits such as Birthday Pay, Paid Training, and a robust health package.

Responsibilities include providing timely service, diagnosing plumbing systems, and maintaining a professional appearance. Candidates must have at least 1 year of residential plumbing experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in residential plumbing service & repair.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable.

What you will Do:

• You will work closely with the service department to provide timely and accurate service by following company standards and procedures.
• You will travel to customers’ homes to diagnose & troubleshoot plumbing systems
• Identify & communicate plumbing issue(s) with customers
• Maintain a fully stock inventory for each job.
• Document work performed by following company procedure.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions

What you Need:
