Job summary

WeCare A/C, Plumbing & Electric in Fort Walton Beach, FL is hiring a Residential Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in homes. You will inspect systems for safety and code compliance, handle call-outs, and prepare cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of residential plumbing experience.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the US and be at least 21 years old.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and safety practices.
• ServiceTitan knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills; a proactive learner.
• Able to pass background and drug tests; physically dexterous.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures (toilet, faucet, water heater replacements, soldering).
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality and code compliance.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot issues, respond to call-outs, and prepare cost estimates.

What YOU will do:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential.
• Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.

What YOU will bring:

• Must be 21 or older

• A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug test.Minimum two years Residential Plumbing experience
