Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service, honesty, dependability and reliability.
• Physical dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential plumbing systems and guide customers to informed decisions.
• Identify and communicate plumbing issues to customers.
• Educate customers on plumbing systems, functions and needs.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job.
• Document work performed following company procedures.

Compensation

• $75,000 - $125,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential plumbing systems, guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions
• Identify and communicate plumbing issues with customers
• Educate customers on their plumbing systems, functions, and needs
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job
• Document work performed by following company procedures
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
• Set up plumbing service or installation calls when needed

What We Need From YOU

• 2+ year s of residential plumbing experience minimum
