Job summary

Frank Gay Services is seeking a skilled Residential Lead Plumbing Repiper in Orlando to perform installations, repipes and system upgrades with a focus on top-notch service. You will collaborate with the Install & Repipe teams, manage job site workflows, and mentor apprentices while maintaining tool readiness and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential plumbing installation and repiping experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Must pass motor vehicle background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service, honesty, dependability and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Installation and Repipe department to ensure timely and precise installation following company standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Analyze work orders, follow daily travel schedules, address customer concerns, and perform assigned work.
• Maintain a full stock inventory for each job.
• Document work performed following company procedures.
• Guide and share knowledge with assistants or apprentices.
• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
• Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.

Compensation:

What YOU Will Do:
