Job summary

Danley 911 is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in homeowners' residences. You’ll perform service work on leaks, water heaters, fixtures, clogs, piping, sump pumps, and garbage disposals, while communicating findings and recommendations clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; 21+ per policy.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• A positive, professional attitude and desire to help homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Perform service work including leaks, water heaters, fixtures, clogs, piping, sump pumps, and disposals.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, pricing, and recommendations.
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate service tickets and documentation.
• Provide a clean, professional experience inside customer homes.
• Maintain company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in training to grow technical and customer-service skills.
