Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Properly diagnose potential plumbing problems
2. Effectively communicate repair scenarios, pricing, warranties, and payment collection to customers
3. Explain new plumbing products available
4. Conduct work with high quality & integrity
5. Develop genuine relationships with customers
6. Maintain a friendly attitude (Smile!)
7. Help improve our Google reviews
8. Collaborate well with other team members
9. Participate in on-call service rotation
10. Assist dispatchers with scheduling and managing service calls
11. Be eager to help others

Additional Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles to various sites
• Service, repair, or replace plumbing components and equipment
• Start-up and adjust installed equipment per manufacturer specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting equipment functionality
• Maintain good knowledge of company's products and services
