Role Description
We are seeking experienced, self-driven Plumbing Service Technicians to grow our team. Applicants must have a minimum of one year field experience and a valid driver’s license. Experience and skill in Jetting and Drain Cleaning is beneficial, though not required. Position includes both residential and commercial plumbing work.

This role is full time, based in Lancaster, PA and will involve on-site work. Technicians will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as installing, troubleshooting, and repairing many types of residential and commercial systems, providing excellent customer service, accurately accounting for truck stock and materials purchased, maintaining digital job records through field management software, managing time wisely, and other related duties.

Starting wage is $21 - $37 per hour, based on qualifications and experience level. Employees have the opportunity for wage increases after the first 90 days of service, and then annually, based on performance. Employee benefits include 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
