Apple Air Heating & Cooling is hiring a Residential Plumbing Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain home plumbing systems. Immediate openings with a $5K sign-on bonus, an hourly base plus commission, and strong growth potential for top performers.

You’ll handle water heaters, piping, fixtures, and water filtration while prioritizing customer service and safety. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of plumbing experience, a plumbing certification, and the ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and Maintain Plumbing Systems:Perform residential plumbing installations, including water heaters, piping, fixtures, and water filtration systems
• Diagnose and Repair Issues:Identify plumbing malfunctions, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions
• Perform Preventative Maintenance:Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure systems function efficiently and meet safety standards
• Investigate and Resolve Problems:Respond to service calls, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs to restore plumbing functionality
• Work with Gas and Water Lines:Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas piping
• Provide Technical Support and Customer Service:Address client concerns, explain system operations, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete Documentation:Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, job progress reports, and materials used
• Collaborate with Dispatch and Service Teams:Maintain communication with the dispatcher and other departments to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion
• Work Independently and Adapt:Exhibit flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed while managing tasks with minimal supervision
• Follow Safety Protocols:Adhere to all company policies and industry safety regulations
• Perform Physical Tasks:Handle equipment and lift at least 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of plumbing experience preferred
• Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in plumbing installation and repair
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
