Apple Air is hiring a Plumbing Lead Install Technician (Residential) to install, replace, and maintain residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow within a trusted home-services company with over 30 years of experience.

You will lead field installs, perform tests and inspections for safety and code compliance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive, professional experience for homeowners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Strong understanding of plumbing practices, soldering, and fixture installation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar software (preferred).

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  Install Residential Plumbing Systems Install, replace, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures including toilets, faucets, water heaters, piping, and more.

  System Testing & Inspections Perform thorough inspections and testing to ensure safety, water quality, and full code compliance.

  Repairs & Troubleshooting Diagnose issues, perform common repairs, and resolve problems found during inspections or service calls.

What You Bring
