Job Summary: Installs, repairs and maintains plumbing systems, including water heaters, sinks, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, refrigerator water hookups, waste and vent systems, back flow devices, and minor drain scoping.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively, use eye/hand coordination, use motor skills, and lift 50 pounds without assistance. The employee must be able to carry and use ladders and all necessary material for specific jobs. Routinely and works in confined spaces, crawlspaces, attics, and ditches. The employee must be able to stoop, crawl, balance, kneel, and crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Job duties will require the employee to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication.
