AAA Service Network in Michigan is seeking a full-time Service Technician to diagnose and repair plumbing issues, install and maintain piping, and ensure code compliance while delivering clear explanations to homeowners.

This career-focused role includes weekly pay, benefits, 401(k) with match, paid training, and room to grow. A company vehicle from home is provided and a $1,500 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Michigan Plumbing Journeyman License required.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs and faulty fixtures.
• Install and maintain pipes, faucets and other plumbing components.
• Ensure work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients.
• Complete detailed service reports and perform safety/performance tests.
• Communicate with homeowners about status of their system before and after service; assist with payments and inventory checks.

We continue to grow every year and are looking for full-time employees to join our team.Will be dispatched directly from your home & work vehicle included!The primary duties of a Service Technician will include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, as well as installing and maintaining pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components. You will ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system. Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
