Job summary

Best Care Home Services is seeking a motivated Service Plumber in Bartlett, TN to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will communicate options to customers, present our membership program on non-membership calls, and ensure accurate completion of service invoices. Ongoing training and personal skill development are provided as part of our team-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform all service and warranty calls as directed by our dispatcher and/or Plumbing Manager.
• Inform Customers of company’s products and services.
• Present membership program on all non-membership calls.
• Correctly and completely fill out all service invoices and summary of findings using the perfect paperwork model.
• Provide necessary tools as required to perform professional Plumbing service.
• Attend all weekly training meetings.
• Develop personal and technical skills.
• Any and all other work‑related tasks/duties as directed by Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all service and warranty calls as directed by our dispatcher and/or Plumbing Manager.

Compensation

• Commission based on sold repairs and products.
• Hourly pay for training and PTO.
