Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber with state certification or working toward licensure.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty water heaters.
• Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, fixtures, piping, filtration systems, and other plumbing components.
• Perform thorough system inspections and provide repair or upgrade recommendations.
• Explain findings, solutions, and estimates to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain an organized and fully stocked service vehicle and keep detailed service records.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with homeowners.
• Train and mentor apprentices as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
