Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbers is seeking a reliable plumber/drain cleaning technician. We will train the right candidate to deliver top-notch service for residential and commercial customers, including faucet repairs, drain cleaning, and water heater installations.

This role emphasizes customer service and high-quality workmanship. Must be able to work on-call shifts (evenings and weekends) and pass a background check with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be 21 or over to drive company vehicles with valid license

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing services ranging from faucet repairs and drain cleaning to water heater installations and system replacements for residential and commercial customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot effectively on-site.
• Work on-call schedule including evenings and weekends and participate in rotation.
