Tony's Plumbing, Heating, & Air in Modesto, CA, is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead and develop a high-performing residential service team. You will coach technicians, oversee daily operations, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPI management, and identifying sales opportunities, with a focus on building a winning culture and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proven success in residential plumbing service management with a minimum of five (5) years of industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Plumbing Service Technicians to drive performance, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily service operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, profitably, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Support technicians in identifying sales opportunities, building estimates, and communicating solutions clearly and professionally to customers.
• Monitor key performance metrics and regularly evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes, safety standards, company policies, and State Plumbing regulations.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and ongoing training to improve technician performance, communication, and technical skills.
• Collaborate with dispatch and office teams to improve scheduling efficiency, workflow, and overall operational effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, invoices, estimates, and reporting.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on professionalism, growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, technology, and best practices to continuously improve service operations.
