Champions Group is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead a nationwide residential plumbing and drain services team. You will balance coaching, operations, and customer experience to drive strong performance, growth, and service quality.

You’ll oversee scheduling, dispatch, safety, and service delivery while developing your people and collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and drive business results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential plumbing or home-services.
• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong understanding of plumbing service and drain operations.
• Track record of developing teams and improving performance.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to use metrics and data to drive decisions.
• Plumbing license or trade certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing and drain service technicians and support team members.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Establish expectations and ensure safety, service, and performance standards.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Support technicians with coaching, technical guidance, training, and development.
• Help recruit, onboard, and retain plumbing professionals.
• Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and per codes and standards.

We're looking for experienced Plumbing Service Managers nationwide to lead a Plumbing & Drain team and play a key role in growing a high-performing residential service business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing and drain service technicians and support team members.
• Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable to safety, service, and performance standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve productivity, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Support technicians with coaching, technical guidance, ride-alongs, training, and performance development.
• Help recruit, onboard, and retain talented plumbing professionals.
• Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable codes, company standards, and best practices.
• Partner with leadership and other departments to improve processes and create a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Plumbing & Drain business and strengthen team performance.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing, drain service, or a related home‑services environment.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in plumbing or home services.
• Strong understanding of plumbing service and drain operations.
• A track record of developing teams and improving performance.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• A customer‑first mindset with the ability to balance service quality and business results.
• Ability to use performance metrics and business data to make informed decisions.
• A collaborative leadership style and genuine interest in helping people succeed.
• Plumbing license or relevant trade certifications are a plus.
