Job summary

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to join our leadership team in Michigan. You will drive sales growth, coach technicians, and oversee day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in plumbing, proven management and sales leadership, and strong communication skills. ServiceTitan experience is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

What You’ll Do

• Driving sales growth and profit margins to meet and exceed targets
