Job summary

Frymire Home Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a proactive leader to guide a team of residential plumbing technicians. You will coach, mentor, and hold the team accountable while driving performance through field coaching, ride-alongs, and KPI-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leadership or management experience in residential plumbing service.
• Proven ability to coach and develop technicians to improve performance.
• Comfortable holding team members accountable while maintaining a positive culture.
• Experience reviewing KPIs and using data to guide decisions and growth.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.

• Monitor key metrics including average ticket, conversion, and overall team productivity
• Partner closely with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and strong customer coverage
• Help technicians improve their ability to present solutions, build trust, and deliver a great in home experience
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a strong, stable team
• Address customer concerns and step in when escalation support is needed
• Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with company standards

What We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience in residential plumbing service.
• Proven ability to coach and develop technicians to improve performance and confidence in the field
• Comfortable holding team members accountable while maintaining a positive, supportive culture
• Experience reviewing KPIs and using data to guide decisions and identify opportunities for growth
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience
