Job summary

Bailey's Comfort Services in Augusta, GA, is launching a new plumbing service line. We seek a licensed Master Plumber to build and lead the department from day one, setting standards, processes, and team structure.

You'll bring hands-on residential service experience and a customer-first mindset, establishing operations across GA/SC with support from leadership. This is a growth-oriented leadership opportunity for a seasoned plumber ready to scale a new division.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Master Plumber license, Class II (Non‑Restricted).
• South Carolina Residential Plumber license preferred; dual GA/SC licensing strongly preferred.
• Residential service plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Bailey's residential plumbing service department.
• Perform and oversee residential plumbing service, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Establish processes, standards, and best practices for the new service line.
• Mentor and help build out the plumbing team as the department grows.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call.
• Partner with leadership on pricing, workflow, and departmental strategy.

Bailey's Comfort Services has built a reputation across the Central Savannah River Area for taking care of our customers and our people. We're a growing home services team serving Augusta, GA, and the surrounding communities on both sides of the Savannah River. As we launch our new plumbing service line, we're looking for a licensed leader to help us build it right from day one.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to step in on the ground floor and shape a department. As our Plumbing Service Manager, you'll bring your Master Plumber license and hands‑on residential service experience to establish the standards, processes, and team that will define Bailey's plumbing division for years to come. We're open to two kinds of candidates: a proven department builder who has stood up or run a plumbing service line before, or a senior residential plumber who is ready to build one for the first time. Either way, you bring strong technical skills, leadership instincts, and a customer‑first mindset.

Requirements

License Must Haves

• Current Georgia Master Plumber license, Class II (Non‑Restricted), issued by the Georgia Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers — required
• South Carolina Residential Plumber license — preferred but not required; dual GA/SC licensing strongly preferred, as this role supports service in both GA and SC within the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). Exam waiver available for qualified Master Plumbers.
• Proven residential service plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
