• Use line locating equipment for accurate mapping of line systems.
• Listen to customers' needs and propose long-term solutions.
• Create proposals for fulfillment/service teams.
• Establish rapport and support customers through the buying process.
• Learn city requirements, permits, and regulations.
• Collaborate with fulfillment/service and customer experience teams.
• Maintain organization and safety in workspaces and vehicles.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the experience.
