We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Plumbing Sales Specialist to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with customers, and a passion for providing tailored plumbing solutions. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate new and existing customers on plumbing solutions
  • Present and explain purchasing options, including financing plans
  • Proactively follow up on all sales leads and customer inquiries
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (Required)
  • Basic understanding of plumbing systems and solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for sales and delivering top-tier customer service
  • Some college coursework or technical training preferred
