Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial/Industrial Construction.
• Experience in successfully leading construction projects and programs, on-schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Leads or coordinates Plumbing construction projects with project team, site and management.
• Develops assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project.
• Organizes and directs construction personnel and ensures timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Reviews project status and budgets; prepares cost reports and forecasts.
• Manages client/vendor communications and contract administration.
