Century Mechanical Holdings in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator to own projects from estimating through completion. You will read blueprints, prepare labor/material estimates, and lead plumbing crews of 5–10 workers.

Travel between Fort Myers and Davie, FL is required; the role offers a competitive salary ($90,000–$120,000) plus benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Travel between Fort Myers, FL and Davie, FL REQUIRED.
• Experience as Plumbing Project Manager, Estimator, Foreman, or similar role.
• Strong plumbing estimating and material takeoff experience.
• Ability to read and understand plumbing blueprints and construction plans.
• Experience leading and managing plumbing crews.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, installation practices, and codes.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
