Job summary

Century Mechanical Holdings seeks a Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator to lead projects from estimating through completion, reading blueprints and coordinating 5–10 plumbers. You will prepare estimates, manage budgets, track progress, and liaise with customers, GC's and vendors.

This role requires travel between Fort Myers and Davie, FL. A strong plumbing background, estimating and takeoff skills, and a valid license are essential. Competitive salary $90k–$120k with benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing industry experience.
• Travel required between Fort Myers, FL and Davie, FL.
• Experience as Plumbing Project Manager, Estimator, Foreman, or similar role.
• Strong plumbing estimating and material takeoff experience.
• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and construction plans.
• Experience leading and managing plumbing crews.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
