Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a permanent, full-time Plumbing Construction Project Manager in Palo Alto, CA. You will lead awarded plumbing construction projects, build strong relationships with GCs and owners, and ensure successful, on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include selecting and monitoring subs, getting the best pricing from vendors, and maintaining schedules with MS Project. CA ASPE codes knowledge and proficiency with BlueBeam and Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working for a Plumbing Contractor.
• Familiar with CA Plumbing ASPE Codes and requirements.
• Knowledge of BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and Accubid/QuickPen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Plumbing Construction Projects that we have been awarded
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners
