Qualifications

• 1+ year working as Plumbing Project Manager for a Mechanical contractor.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a construction-related field.
• Local in Alameda County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with one or more large mechanical projects (Plumbing).
• Manage subs, coordinate project schedules, and build/approve change orders at project completion.
