Job summary

Village Plumbing and Air is looking for top-notch licensed service plumbers with 3+ years of residential experience in Houston, TX. A Tradesman, Journeyman or Master license through TSBPE is required.

This straight commission role offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, weekly pay, and the opportunity to earn $85K–$175K plus strong benefits. You will handle calls, present options, close deals, and coordinate with the Install team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Licensed plumber (Tradesman, Journeyman or Master) per Texas State Board.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Start your day from home and visit first customer call with repair/replacement options.
• Close the deal and pass the project to Install team for execution.
• Make referrals to other Village departments (HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Insulation, Sewer/Drain) on calls.

Village Plumbing Air and Electric has been in business for 80 years. We are looking for top notch licensed service plumbers plumbers with 3+ years of experience in residential service and repairs. A Tradesman, Journeyman or Masters license through TSBPE is required for this position.

• SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $5000 FOR QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS*

Start your day from home - go directly to your first call. You will present options for repair and/or replacement solutions to our loyal customer base. You will close the deal and pass the project to your Install team so you can move on to another call. If there is a quick (less than one our) repair, you will complete the project.

On every call, you can make referrals to other Village departments such as HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Insulation and Sewer/Drain and earn a referral bonus.

Requirements

• Valid license with Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (Tradesman, Journeyman or Master) THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE Valid Driver's license
• Previous residential service PLUMBING experience
• Sales background a plus
• Service Titan experience a big plus!
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with exceptional attention to details. Strong drive for success and career development.
