Lead High Impact Construction Work as a Plumbing Project Manager Las Vegas:

Take ownership of complex plumbing and mechanical projects while building a rewarding career with a trusted Las Vegas area service provider. As a Plumbing Project Manager, also known as an MEP Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager, you will guide projects from planning through closeout, collaborate with skilled field and office teams, and make a visible impact on quality, safety, scheduling, and client satisfaction. What You Will Do:

• Lead plumbing project execution from estimating support and preconstruction planning through procurement, installation, commissioning, and final closeout.


• Coordinate project schedules, labor needs, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and budgets to keep work progressing safely and profitably.


• Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and construction documentation to identify requirements, risks, and practical installation solutions.


• Partner with field supervisors, technicians, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and clients to resolve issues quickly and maintain strong project relationships.


• Apply knowledge of building codes, equipment sizing, plumbingdesign, and energy efficiency to support reliable, compliant plumbing and mechanical systems.


• Maintain clear project reporting, change order documentation, cost controls, and communication throughout every phase of construction administration.

• You bring proven experience managing commercial plumbingprojects with confidence and sound judgment.

• You communicate effectively with field crews, customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders while keeping safety, quality, and service at the center of decisions.


• You have strong knowledge of applicable building codes and a commitment to delivering compliant, high quality installations.

Preferred Technical Background:

• A background inplumbing systems andconstruction management will help you excel in this role.


• Experience with managing teams of plumbers and helpers, underground piping, top out piping, plumbing finish, effective communication, team building, project scheduling and forecasting, budgeting and profitability.

Compensation:

Earn a competitive annual salary of $75,000 to $125,000, based on experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated project leadership capability.
