Job summary

You will lead design and reviews, coordinating with senior management and technical staff on multiple projects. Responsibilities include leading complex design/engineering, reviewing load calculations, and ensuring submittal readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Advanced knowledge of state building code.
- Local to San Diego County.
- Experience with commercial plumbing and piping systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex design of commercial plumbing and piping systems.
- Review load calculations and engineering on multiple projects before submittals.
- Work closely with senior management, design and engineering teams.

Currently looking for an experienced PlumbingProject Engineer PE to fill the open position in San Diego. The ideal candidate must be local and have stable work-history, and have experience in Plumbing and Building codes.
- Lead complex Design/Engineering of Commercial Plumbing, Piping Systems
- Review and approval of Load Calculations and Engineering on multiple projects before submittals
- Work closely with Senior Management, Design and Engineering team
- BachelorsDegree (Construction related)
- PE License.
- Advanced knowledge of state building code.
- Local inSan Diego County.
- Masters in Mechanical Engineering
- Prior field experience
- LEED AP Certification
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage, BlueBeam, MS Project, Trane Trace 700, Carrier HAP, eQuest, Title 24
