Job summary

Raptor Rooter & Plumbing in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a full-time Plumbing Manager to lead our team of plumbers and drive service excellence. You’ll be responsible for guiding technicians, mentors, and CSRs while maintaining a culture of strong customer service and operational efficiency.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $90,000–$130,000 per year, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with matching, PTO after 6 months, and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a service plumber required.
• 2+ years of management experience required.
• 2+ years of business school education preferred.
• PL02 certification required; PL01 preferred.
• Ability to identify training needs and develop training programs.
• Ability to set standards and conduct performance reviews.
• Ability to meet revenue targets and identify new streams of income.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to service technicians, helpers, and CSRs.
• Address technical inquiries and resolve operational challenges.
• Conduct monthly field-based training and weekly sales and technical training.
• Provide performance coaching and monitor KPIs for improvement.
• Work with the business manager on equipment procurement and policy development.
• Review ServiceTitan data and invoices to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Mentor and develop the team’s professional growth.
• Collaborate to maintain consistent service delivery.
