Job summary

Sobieski New Homes is hiring a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber to install plumbing systems in new home builds, including underground, rough-ins, and finals. You will also help train plumbing helpers and work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime during peak periods at a competitive wage based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Licensed journeyman plumber preferred or 3+ years of new home construction experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints for residential plumbing installations.
  • Knowledge of applicable state plumbing codes.
  • Ability to install water lines, water heater, sinks and toilets.

Responsibilities

  • Install plumbing systems in residential new construction (underground, rough-ins, finals).
  • Train plumbing helpers as needed.
  • Collaborate with project team to ensure timely, high-quality installations.
  • Maintain compliance with state codes and safety standards.

Job Title Residential New Construction Plumber

Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber to win repeat business by doing quality installations of plumbing systems in residential new construction, including underground, roughs, and finals. This person would also help train plumbing helpers. Our plumbers typically work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with overtime expected during peak periods. This Residential New Construction Plumbing Installer position earns a competitive wage depending on experience.

Qualifications For a Residential New Construction Plumbing Installer
