We are looking for experienced NYC DOB Gas Qualified Plumbing Mechanics. The ideal candidate will have NYC DOB 16-Hour Limited Gas Work Certification or Full Gas Work Certification.

Applicants must demonstrate an ability to:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Follow building plans, blueprints, and rough drawings.
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
• Complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
