Join Our Team as a Plumbing Manager/Dispatcher!

Are you a multitasking pro with plumbing experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced office where every day is different? We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Plumbing Manager/Dispatcher to become the heartbeat of our team!

NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION. YOU MUST HAVE PLUMBING EXPERIENCE.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the friendly voice answering incoming calls and helping customers with their needs
• Follow up quickly on missed calls and emails
• Deliver top-notch customer service every step of the way
• Schedule appointments and keep our calendar running smoothly
• Dispatch service calls to our skilled field technicians
• Assist owner with estimates, sales, ordering
• Resolve customer issues
• Make sure technicians dispatch to jobs in a timely manner
• Help technicians with issues
• This is an in-person position at our San Ramon location.
  
  
  

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous plumbing experience is required — seriously, this one’s non-negotiable. Resumes without this will not be considered.
• A+ communication and multitasking skills
• 50+ WPM typing speed (fast and accurate is the name of the game!)
• Proficiency in Mac applications
• Sales experience
• Experience with Service Titan is a MAJOR plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish? Even better (but not required)!
• Working weekends is a must
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and support the team
