Job summary

D&D Plumbing, Heating & AC in Midland, TX is seeking a Plumbing Lead Installer to run residential installations from walk-through to finish. You will lead a helper, manage materials, and ensure code-compliant workmanship with a company that provides a truck, fuel card, and tablet from day one.

Responsibilities include leading installs of water heaters (tank and tankless), repipes, gas piping, fixtures, and filtration, planning parts, and completing job paperwork on your tablet.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Texas Tradesman or Journeyman Plumber license preferred; TSBPE Apprentice registration required.
• Solid water heater, repipe, gas, and drain experience.
• Ability to lead a helper and maintain quality and safety.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

D&D Plumbing, Heating & AC in Midland is looking for a Plumbing Lead Installer who's ready to step up and run their own installs. Water heaters, repipes, gas lines, tankless — you'll own the job from the first walkthrough to the final handshake with the customer, with a helper working under you and a company that has your back with the tools, truck, and steady work to match.

This isn't a "we'll see how it goes" job. We're backed by a growing multi-state home services group, we've got more work than crews, and we're hiring someone we can build around.

What you'll do

Requirements

What you bring

• 3+ years of residential plumbing installation; prior lead experience is a plus
• Texas Tradesman or Journeyman Plumber license preferred; TSBPE Apprentice registration required
• Solid water heater, repipe, gas, and drain experience
• Ability to lead a helper and hold the line on quality and safety
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and West Texas weather
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
