Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is seeking a Journeyman Plumber with multiple years of experience to join our HVACR and plumbing team in the Knoxville area. You will perform outdoor and indoor plumbing tasks on commercial projects, contributing to safe and efficient system installations.

Responsibilities include laying out, measuring, cutting, threading, and bending pipes, installing hangers and fixtures, brazing copper, and mentoring apprentices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Strong understanding of safety, layout, and teamwork.
• Ability to work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
• Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and work at heights.

Responsabilités

• Lay out and install commercial pipes in a wide variety of job settings.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles.
• Install hangers to hold pipes in place and fixtures.
• Work at heights using ladders, lifts, or roofs.
• Brazing copper and using power and hand tools.
• Mentor apprentices and support crew development.
