YES! AIR CONDITIONING HEATING PLUMBING ELECTRIC is hiring a Plumbing Installer to install plumbing systems, primarily water heaters, for residential and commercial customers.

The role may include troubleshooting, maintenance and service of plumbing systems while ensuring quality and safety standards. You must be able to perform heavy work, lift 60–100 lbs, and operate in tight spaces such as crawl spaces or attics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience changing out electric and gas water heaters.
• Tankless water heater experience is a plus.
• Related experience or advanced training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have basic plumbing capabilities and knowledge of local/national plumbing codes.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems, primarily water heaters, for residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and service plumbing systems as needed.
• Maintain good customer relations and apply industry standards and regulations.
• Work in crawl spaces, attics, roofs and lift heavy objects (60–100 lbs).

Responsibilities

The Plumbing Installer provides the installation of plumbing systems, primarily water heaters to residential and/or commercial customers. Also, may include some troubleshooting, maintenance and service of plumbing systems. Maintains good customer relations and applies technical skills and a general knowledge of industry standards and government regulations to all work.

Must be able to perform HEAVY work to include, but not limited to the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Must be physically able to work in a variety of spaces to include crawl spaces, rafters, attics, roofs, etc to perform installations.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to work, move, and lift or carry heavy objects of 60-100 lbs or more to include water heaters, tubs, and materials.
• Must be able to climb ladders, work overhead, manipulate and maneuver tools.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling required.
