Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we’re hiring an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our South Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Santa Cruz, Monterey, Santa Clara, and San Mateo counties. This is a full‑time, field‑based position focused on residential and light commercial installation work.

Top performers in this role earn strong income through a combination of hourly pay and performance‑based opportunities tied to efficiency and quality.

About the Role

As a Plumbing Installer at Bellows, you’ll focus on installation projects including repipes, underground work, and system replacements. You’ll work with a team or lead smaller crews to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do

• Complete residential and light commercial plumbing installations
• Perform water, sewer, and gas repipes
• Install water heaters, fixtures, and plumbing systems
• Perform underground sewer and water service replacements
• Read plans and follow job specifications
• Work with apprentices and support crew development
• Ensure jobs are completed safely and up to code
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Communicate with the team to keep projects on track
