Job summary

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer for residential installs. You will work independently or lead small crews to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in homes.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of residential installation experience, a solid knowledge of plumbing codes, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. A valid driver’s license and reliable customer service are required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment in residential homes.
• Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components.
• Ensure the safety of your crew, company vehicles, tools, and customer property at all times.
• Complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, dispatch, and management.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures on all job sites.

Work Conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and use of hands and arms.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed.
• Work performed in residential environments such as attics, crawl spaces, garages, and roofs.
• Must be able to see and hear clearly to perform job duties safely and effectively.

Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $90,000 USD
