Strada Services is a leading home service company in the Southeast, expanding across the USA. We are seeking a Residential Installation Plumber in Kingsland, GA, to install and inspect tub sets and trims and maintain water distribution and sanitary plumbing systems.

The role requires interpreting blueprints to adhere to building specifications and ensuring compliance with codes. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining plumbing systems, inspecting drainage for regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of plumbing installations and repair of plumbing systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain truck neatly and with a complete inventory.
• Excellent mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of plumbing systems (water distribution and sanitary systems).
• Inspects drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations.
• Interpret blueprints and building specifications for installation of drainage systems and water distribution as well as other plumbing materials.
• Use all necessary tools and equipment such as saws and cutters to perform plumbing installs and repairs.
• Measure and modify pipes accordingly by cutting, threading, or bending pipes by using specialized tools.
• Repair and replace damaged parts.
• Train new apprentices in proper plumbing techniques and practices.
• Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes.

Job Summary

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years plumbing experience
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Physical Requirements

• Able to climb and work off ladders.
• Physically able to work with tools and equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
