Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning in California is seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer with 2–4 years of residential installation experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of leading small crews or working independently with pride in quality workmanship and customer service.

You will install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, diagnose issues, follow codes, and uphold company standards while communicating effectively

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment in residential homes.
• Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components.
• Ensure the safety of your crew, company vehicles, tools, and customer property at all times.
• Complete projects independently with minimal supervision.

Work Conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and use of hands and arms.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed.
• Work performed in residential environments such as attics, crawl spaces, garages, and roofs.

Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $90,000 USD
