Job summary

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a dedicated Plumbing Apprentice to learn from experienced professionals in a residential setting across California. This paid training program offers hands-on experience with plumbing systems, safety standards, and customer service, while you grow your skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Current and valid driver9s license in the state where you will be working.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential settings.
• Follow instructions from senior plumbers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Learn to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes for on-time and accurate installations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.

Pay Range

$50,000 - $70,000 USD
